My friend's Birthday!

 Yesterday, October 25 was my friend, Bete(it's her nickname)'s birthday! Bete is derived from Betelgeuse, a star in the constellation Orion. She is major in physics and a member of TENMONKEN. She is tall and cool girl!




 I made a cake for her. It was a chocolate cake. I struggled to make the cake. I dissolved butter and chocolates in hot water. It was not difficult. I struggled to beat eggs and sugar thoroughly!! It must become white, but it is a long time in coming!!!;-<

 I asked my mother's opinion on the wire. And she told me the advice to dissolve the mixture of eggs and sugar in hot water. I practiced.





 Then, it became white! But it was hardship for me to stir. I think I should build my muscles! I was very tired but I completed.






 Then, I mixed chocolate-butter and egg-sugar. And I continued to stir. It wasn't so difficult. I think the most difficult process is beating eggs and sugar!







 Finally, I baked the cake! But there is still a hardship. My cookware was not going well! I struggled.
 And I was late for practicing at TENMONKEN because of above trouble...


 And I forgot to take pictures of the finished product!!!!!;-D I used coconuts and almonds for topping. I think it tasted good. My friend was glad! I became happy. And I'm going to make a pumpkin cake today. I'm going to go Yakiniku-kai posted by my senior in TENMONKEN so I want to take the cake.
